1. Apply approximately 20ml of toning and shaping concentrate, corresponding to one notch, to the entire body except the breasts, without massaging;
   2. Put on the PIJAMA PANT™ immediately before the concentrate is completely absorbed by the skin;
   3. Leave it on for at least 2 hours, or for an intensive reshaping action leave it on for 8-12 hours (or all night);
   4. Remove the overalls. The concentrate should be completely absorbed by the skin (do not shower immediately to let the concentrate act as much as possible).
   5. Wash the PIJAMA PANT™ onesie with mild soap and store it for next time. Do not tumble dry.
