• Place a terry towel on the sofa or bed.
• Prepare a mat and the polyethylene suit on the floor.
• If you are sensitive to the cold, warm the still-wrapped bandages in hot water for at least 10 minutes; if you prefer the “fresh” effect, the bandages are already ready for application.
• Using a tape measure, measure yourself before and after treatment in the most critical areas.

START BANDAGING YOURSELF:

• Open a bag with the help of scissors, take out the bandage and choose the area to be treated between the complete abdomen, lower abdomen and upper thighs, or only the complete thighs.
• Start wrapping, overlapping each wrap by 2-3 cm on the previous one, creating a light tension.
• Put on the polyethylene suit, close it on your abdomen and lie down – if you feel the need, cover yourself with a blanket.
• Relax for at least 50 minutes.
