Apply morning and evening around the eyes and lips. Use the spatula provided as the last step in your daily beauty routine.

• Using your hand, keep the side where you are massaging the ear/temple area slightly tense.
• Using light pressure, slide the flat end of the spatula across the under-eye area, from the inner to the outer corner.
• Massage with spiral movements from the outer corner of the eye towards the temples, using the spherical end of the spatula.
• Press the ball end of the spatula into the area under the eyebrows near the bridge of the nose, then move it along the arch of the eyebrows, around the eye and back to the starting point, massaging the area under the eye.
• Massage the areas above and below the lips, sliding the flat end of the spatula from the center outward. Lift the corners of the mouth when working on the lower lip.
