MEMO PARIS – "CAPPADOCIA" EDP 75 ML
OLFACTORY NOTES: Saffron, Vanilla, Myrrh, Benzoin, Sandalwood, Incense, Orris Root, Musk, Mahonial, Rose, Jasmine
Cappadocia is a unique territory, shaped by the action of volcanoes and the elements of nature.
Located in the heart of Turkey, with its rocks with ochre, beige and pink reflections, it is well suited to inspire the birth of a perfume.
It is in its cavities, in its shapes and in its walls, that a fragrance with accents of saffron, sandalwood, vanilla could be revealed.
The one created by Gael Montoro is an amber and spicy fragrance where saffron is the keystone of the composition, enhanced by the softness of the flower petals and the creaminess of woods and resins.
The intense scent typical of saffron is spicy, aromatic, woody and phenolic.
Its flowers begin to grow in mid-October and are collected in groups, usually composed of women who place them in their aprons and take them home in baskets.
This laborious work, which requires a certain skill, takes place from dawn to dusk and lasts from 20 to 25 days.
