NISSABA – "MALLI NADU" EDP 100 ML
TOP NOTES: Davana, Mandarin, Orange
HEART NOTES: Tuberose, Jasmine, Paradisone
BASE NOTES: Vetiver, Sandalwood, Cedarwood
Nissaba Malli Nadu, a charming fruity blend based on the white flower of Tamil Nadu. A contemporary tuberose combined with a fruity Davana, which brings together the most emblematic ingredients of South India. In India, flowers are an essential part of daily life and are sacred symbols, mostly dedicated to Hindu religious ceremonies. They are used to create garlands to adorn the hair or for various social occasions, especially weddings. Every day, tons of flowers are transported by small farmers to local flower markets, where they are sold to be used in religious ceremonies and as ornaments. The buds of the sambac jasmine are called “malli”. Since Tamil Nadu also means “the land of the Tamils”, the name “Malli Nadu” was chosen to literally evoke “the land of jasmine”.
